Laila's Story

A little 9-year-old brown girl used her creativity during the COVID-19 pandemic to start crafting bracelets by just using remnants of old jewelry pieces from her mom's collection.  After giving a presentation of her design and fictitious business plan as part of a 3rd-grade class project, she solicited help from her family to turn her dreams into reality.  This marked the beginning of Express Yourself Bracelets 'n Things, LLC on June 1, 2020!
